Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the association, i.e. to be accountable for the actions of the organization, to defend and promote the interests of its members and its mission, and to ensure its sound management and development.
The Board of Directors is composed of no more than five members and each director has a profile of competence and experience established by the Board that enables him or her to fulfill his or her role.
